The Program
Areas of concern
- Office: The high concentration of notebook computers and other
portable technology makes offices targets for thieves.
- Home: Notebook users often take their notebook computers home
overnight and away on weekends and holidays. They are usually
the first object to capture the attention of thieves when a break-in/burglary
occurs.
- Travel: Travelling with notebooks presents a major security
risk, regardless of mode of transport. In the first 6 months of
this calendar year, for example, over 90% of all thefts from motor
vehicles in the Melbourne CBD were notebook computers.
Program Format
The program is presented in a lively and entertaining format with
video scenarios, animation, graphics, still shots and music, delivered
on CD-ROM.
